Improving Findability

Findability is a term generally associated with finding things on the Internet. The ability for something to be classified, and found, is the object of Web 2.0. A good concept for things, but not so great for finding the relevant talent your organization needs. Once the Internet became public, people became obsessed with finding things. PEZ collecting lead to creating EBAY and the online community lead to the temptation of indexing everything. Indexing resumes lead to Monster, CareerBuilder and a myriad of other resume service sites.
