Erler Associates LLC [EA] is a next-generation Talent Acquisition Firm, specializing in providing permanent and contract technology staff to the healthcare informatics, financial, and manufacturing sectors. We operate on the fundamental principal that each Individual, Organization, and Talent Advisor constitutes a team working together to solve, what we have coined: "The Employment Equation™".
Our Mission: To add clarity and focus to The Employment Equation™ by equipping both organization and individual with tools and services to improve relevant findability in the most economic and reasonable timeframe.
Since 1980, we have developed and refined our proprietary methodological process that optimizes talent acquisition. Our process conducts a proper discovery and assesses the needs of both parties (the needs of the organization and the needs of the individual), to ensure introduction of both parties, to the most relevant situations. Finally, we operate as matchmaker and mediator to ensure a successful conclusion.
We welcome your interest and your clicks... However, to begin a journey of discovery, contact or register with us, so we can begin the process of a proper introduction and start you, or your organization, on the path of relevant findability.
